Because of high demand and limited spots we are opening registration earlier this year to help parents plan their summer. Please email us with questions.
Please note, we are a community not-for-profit and hire for our summer staff based on the number of spots available for camps and programs. We will carry a wait list for each week of the programs as for the past few years we have always been full, PLEASE REGISTER EARLY!!
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
Please note that we will allow a camper name change or single date change prior to May 1 provided that there is space in the session you would like to change to.
After May 1st a $10 administration fee to change around dates as long as there is space available. Refunds are issued for medical reasons prior to camp dates.
Non-medical cancellations will be issued with a refund as we fill from the wait list. A $20 administration fee will be withheld. We almost always have spots filled from the wait list, so most often we can accommodate a refund. We try to be as accommodating as possible.
CAMPER NUMBERS
-Kids Camps are limited to 20 campers to maintain the best camper to coach ratio
-Juniors/Adult sessions are groups of 10.
